SAFE CONVERSATIONS WORKSHOPS
A Step by Step Roadmap to Safe Communication and Connection.
Workshops can be held in person or online via Zoom
Safe Conversations® is a structured dialogue process that teaches the profound, foundational skills to create safety and connection in every relationship: romantic, friendships, parents & kids, and work colleagues. As a certified Safe Conversations workshop leader, I offer training in these relational competency skills to groups of all sizes, supporting you on your journey to a healthier, more joyful relationship whether at home, at work or out in your community.
In the workshop you'll learn:
- Talk in a whole new way that leads to
validation, empathy and connection - Use a step-by-step dialogue process
that will allow you to calmly and safely
discuss any topic (even if it’s difficult) - Express Frustrations without triggering
another person - Train your brain to be curious, and to
respond rather than react - Change the way you show up in all
your relationships, for life
For Couples

In every relationship, the structure of Safe Conversations creates the safe space that is vital to connection, creativity, collaboration and problem-solving. It reshapes your patterns of communication.
For Families

For personal relationships, Safe Conversations can help you talk about difficult subjects without fear of judgement, it deepens understanding of other points of view and helps you to embrace differences.
In the Workplace
Empowers your team
Using Safe Conversations boosts morale, creates mutual respect and allows all voices to be heard. This increases employee and employer satisfaction, longevity and productivity.
SAFE CONVERSATIONS DIALOGUE & GROUP FACILITATION
Facilitations can be held in person or online via Zoom.
Facilitation is available for meetings of any size. Having a facilitator can help you stay on track, keeping the negativity out of the conversation. In most groups there are people who are more vocal and people who rarely speak up. Using Safe Conversations in groups gives every person a chance to participate in a safe, non-judgemental environment. This allows space for creative ideas and solutions to arise. Facilitation is appropriate in any situation, personal or professional.
